We will continue to monitor the situation and follow up with InterNAP throughout the night until this problem is resolved.

InterNAP's UPS systems have run out of battery power and now all equipment in Fisher Plaza is offline and will stay offline until utility power or generator power can be restored, and that won't be possible until fire crews are done with their work and the equipment has been repaired.
In short, this is a total mess that likely won't be cleaned up for at least a few hours.

Right now the building is still without power, but electrical teams are working to connect up temporary generators and expect for the building to be back online with these sometime today.
If you need a temporary server to use for a match or a scrim while waiting for your server to come back online, please let us know through email and we will work to accomodate you with one at our Premium Seattle location.
