[Bug]

Well to my understanding, you can basically copy the directory inside the steam/steamapps/account/common (i think i'm at work not sure) into your program files or whatever and run a standalone copy of a game. This is how people could play pirated version of the Borderlands DLC without paying for it. I considered it but it was too much work for something I didn't really care about. So I think you would just copy the installed Bioshock 2 to a new directory inside your /common folder called bioshock2? Not sure. I would check the steam forums tonight/tomorrow.

Release time changed. I guess I'll just load it overnight since there's no way it'll finish before I would want to sleep.

The release is scheduled for 12:01 AM PST (~8 hours from now).

Now I wish I had RDP set up so I could stop the Razor1911 loading.

Or wait if I don't stop and Razor1911 finishes before midnight maybe the steam loading will finish tonight for a little Bioshock 2 action. Yes. That is the plan of action.

Update 100 has passed a while afaik. It's like 107 or something now.

EDIT: Well, looking on this page. The most recent patch was 100 (excluding the xbox ones).
